Tgi Fridays - Coral Gables

I went with my sister to try to have lunch here and first there was no one to welcome us after 15 minutes a waiter appeared to tell us that he was very sorry but he couldn't serve us because there were only 2 employees, I ask? With so many people in this country looking for work, how can these things happen? in the end we left and like us many more customers

Ordered double bacon cheeseburger with fries. It was good, average basic meal- I got full. .

I went to TGI Fridays in Coral Gables on a Monday night for a girls night. Unfortunately my friend had a family emergency last minute and canceled. My waitress was Suzanne who was also the bartender. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, She was friendly, outgoing and very attentive! She brought me my food and drinks super fast and always with a smile.(LITERALLY the best pina colada I 've ever had) I also met a sweet lady Jennifer who was constantly around, attending EVERYONE, doing hostess, to go orders, cleaning tables, bringing food drinks and also repeatedly asking me if I needed anything. Unfortunately there was a gentleman who had one to many drinks came and sat at my booth but luckily a server named Skyler noticed and after only a few minutes he immediately told the man politely to sit elsewhere at another booth/table! He definitely was a lifesaver! At the end of my dinner Mr.Skyler personally walked with me to the parking lot and made sure I got in my vehicle safely! I can not thank him enough for going above and beyond. I 'm very grateful to the management and terrific service I received.

The place is very dirty and the attention is very bad

Worst tgif host was nowhere to be found, we sat down and waited for about 15-20 minutes and left no one ever attended us. Will never come again
