Papa John's Pizza - Coral Gables

Worst service ever. After 90min of waiting I called and they said that my order was going to take another hour. After another 60min the told me my ordered was canceled

Rude staff. I went to pick a pizza, a person was on front of the cashier ordering the pizza by phone and nobody came to give me my pizza that was ready for a while. Finally when i complain a guy came to give my pizza and a accusing me to be inpatient.It?s absurd that if I was only picking the pizza I have to wait for someone that is just starting to make an order. Rude staff

The manager at this place speaks to men, raises his voice to customers, he is the most rude restaurant manager I have ever conquered. I don't know his name, but he had black hair, wearing glasses, a little big and a little overweight. he has made a change to wed. 9. 2022 at 11 o'clock. I couldn't even order, I went on the road to dominoes.

This is the worst Papa John's location. Whenever I order delivery, they always make me get the food from the building lobby instead of bringing it up to my apartment and I always tip well. Tonight, I ordered pick up to avoid this issue and it somehow reverted back to delivery. I immediately called the store to have it corrected. When I showed up at the store at the time they provided, the pizza was not ready and they were not willing to adjust the charge to remove the delivery fees. I called the online customer service number and after waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone, the call immediately got disconnected. I will never order from Papa John's again.
