Incredibly disrespectful. Denied a minimum of careness. Clearly things goes wird when they realized there was kids in the group. Rude and insensible. The manager Lenot should not be there. Never coming back.

My experience from start to finish was quite good, from the kindness of the Hostess, the attention of our waiter, the recommendations he offered us and the quality of the food. I 've been to four Hillstones (aka Houstons, in some other cities). Generally I love them all and the service and chill vibe are always flawless. But being a fan, I get to nitpick. This one had identical menu items to other locations, but I did notice that small things were slightly less perfect than in New York or LA. A little bit of quality control and things like missing sauces on the side of sushi rolls, less-creamy version of their spinach dip, etc. Given the company 's attention to detail, it felt surprising. Though at any other restaurant such things would be seen as fine . Management needs to visit the New York or Pasadena locations and review things. Though locals probably wouldn 't notice. It 's a great date night spot though, no matter what!
