Fontana At The Biltmore - Coral Gables

One of the most pleasant restaurants in South Florida. The biltmore is very special. Very good food and service and good value.

Very disappointing. It took an hour to get our ducks. Several other tables (we counted four) came long after us and finished their dinner well before us. I asked about the manager TWICE. She finally arrived with our food without apology. She said she didn't know how long she had taken, and it was really our fault to have ordered the lasagna that needs more time. Really?? We must! Absolutely NIE again. Here with a regent cruise you should have a better choice of the partners next time. Bad start....:

We had a nice experience this year. Our table was in the perfect location, out of the way. Our waiter Charles was excellent and he was in the job for 10 days... very attentive, friendly and smiling. And the food was very delicious and beautifully presented. Overall a very good experience this time.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with our teenagers. Our waitress was so cordial and professional. The meal was perfection! The food was presented nicely and came out promptly. We had a lovely evening. Highly recommend!
