Bidrage med feedbackI wasn't able to treat myself to my desired reward and ended up indulging too much. The manager was impolite and dismissive.
Both registers were downstairs, who seemed like they could not adapt to this problem. instead of helping someone to the kiosks, the opponent tried to fill kiosk orders, money at the theke (via the Drive-Thru registers,) help to take the kiosks, supply food orders to the lobby and explain that the register were below. in the meantime, 5 different employees went past us as we tried to pay; not one word said, and someone who appeared as manager went quietly around twice. eating was hot and was what mcdonald’s is. junkfood. priority is definitiw not customer service and was not long.
This situation was the best mcdonald’s experience I had in a very long time. most traveling to mcdonald’s are a nightmare. kudos to the owner, manager and especially the personal. they were very polite and friendly. had done their jobs well. my eating was hot, fresh, fast and best (what happens very rarely) it was right! the people always complain about these things and I am right there with them, but I wanted to definitely acknowledge what a great job this place does! thank you!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious.
Incorrect orders, unacceptable wait times, unprofessional behavior, and more. It seems like this restaurant is actively trying to drive away customers. The management clearly doesn't prioritize customer service at this location. I suggest visiting the nearby branch on Oak Street instead.
