I ordered some pasta and although there were no other clients at the moment, it took more then 40 minutes for the food to arrive : They werent great but not terrible either. I would normally not recommend a place like this but if happen to be in Eforie not a good tourist location) this might be one of your safest bets. On the positive side, the restaurant is quite conveniently positioned right at the beach.
