La Fontanella - Constanţa

While having a walk, we wanted to have a desert and a lemonade at this restaurant. After waiting minutes for our order to be taken, they just told us to leave their restaurant because they do not serve clients who don't serve food. The...place was almost empty...total disrespect for clients.. After reading the reviews, I'm just happy we didn't stay

We chose it because it had free tables to have Lunch in the afternoon. We understood why later. Due to covid regulations, we sit at two separate tables (one group of at a table and at a different table). The waiter took the...order at the first table, then left without taking the scond one; he served a different table, then he came back (and answered in a very unpolite manner when nicely asked if he could take the order for the entire group). We waited then for about minutes for our food, although it was only our tables and another one occupied in the entire restaurant. And there were plenty of personnel running and fighting and screaming to each other the entire time. When we asked how much longer we had to wait, we were told that this was a restaurant, not a fast-food, so we had to wait (note: it was not our first time in a restaurant, so the comment was unnecessary and very unappreciated). This and other few unpolite and unprofessional remarks made this one of the worst restaurants that I’ve ever been in and I truly regretted spending my money there!

Terrible customer service -when the waiter took our order, he took half of it, went on to serve another table, returned to our table with beers and then took the rest of the order. When after minutes we asked in a nice tone...how much longer we had to wait, we were told to be patient, we are in a restaurant, not in a cafeteria. Bottomline if you are really starving and have no other choice in the world, go to La Fontanella. Otherwise you really deserve better!

After a whole day at the beach we all wanted a nice meal and stoped here. The place looks nice and it has a nice terrace. Our order was taken swiftly and the drinks brought out quickly. The food arrived very quickly also. I had...the risotto with sea food and it was nice, but nothing too special. The others had mussels and they were happy with their choices. The waiters were pleasant and efficient. The down side was the fact that the women's toilets were filthy and smelled disgusting. Hygiene is very important and the state of the toilets was appalling.

Go away from this pseudo Italian restaurant !!! Service not pleasant, cuisine from the freezer... Burk.
