Chicken Salad Chick - Concord

The staff was very respectful, welcoming, and still learning. Openings can be a very stressful time for any employee but this group seemed as though they had been practicing for this for a while. The store looked great with the fresh decor, accolades of the owners, and down home feel. It was clean and the staff was constantly doing their rounds to ensure that tables were clear for new guests to enjoy the food. The menu is clear cut and easy to understand. There is a flavor for each person and even for the people should could be new to chicken salad. I took the combo choice and made my chicken salad (buffalo) into a sandwich. I had a side of the grape salad with an additional scoop (upcharge) of chicken salad, the sassy southern (could be named different). It came with a medium drink and a cookie. My wife had the same sandwich and side, along with the BBQ scoop. The big winner was obviously the chicken salad, but the bread (white toasted) was a close second. It was perfectly toasted while still being able to be soft. The grape salad, one of the popular sides was fantastic. Topped with brown sugar, nuts, and sauce it was a perfect way to accent the dish. The cookie was a nice touch to finish the meal. I am struggling to find constructive criticism of the meal or staff but I feel that every good review should include some sort of it. The only thing that I can really think of is maybe some sort of indication that the left side is the correct way to approach the registers to order. We walked in and there is a walk with accent pieces blocking the view of the registers. Customers are forced to take a guess on which way to go and while we guessed the correct side, a few others did not and were causing congestion on the opposite side of the registers.

Not only is there food completely amazing and I'm not even that big a fan of chicken salad but their customer service is also excellent! I just had the best experience today on my fourth trip to the chicken salad chick since it opened up a week and a half ago! I won't go into details but I am very impressed with their customer service and would highly recommend you trying out this place. My personal favorites are the Olivia's Old South and the Fruity Fran, but I have pasted all of them and they are all amazing especially considering it's just chicken salad! Excellent place to come to the Concord area! The food is great and it give you a since of a Southern sandwich place. Added bonus there cups are great and don 't melt away like a typical restaurant. 'Its the little things '

I was so impressed with the atmosphere, food, and service. I was able to dine in with my parents and my son this morning, and participate in one of the giveaways; All of which was amazing. I will be back to support their business without a doubt. The line moved quickly, the staff did a fantastic job of staying calm with the crowd and getting the orders correct, the management 'touched tables ' to make sure everyone was enjoying everything. I would give this place 10 stars if it would let me! Way to go CSC. <3

The young lady at the counter was very friendly. The chicken salad was some of the best I have ever eaten. The restaurant was clean with a very nice atmosphere.
