HORRIBLE PLEASE TRAIN YOUR BARISTAS i’ve gotten two ice pumpkin cream chai lattes here and it’s like they have NO idea how to make it like can y’all actually quit if you hate your job this much? whenever i get one here it’s BROWN. do you guys know what it’s supposed to look like??? why is it BROWN. everytime i get the exact same order from a different starbucks it’s perfect Service: Dine in

Stopped in due to lack of seating in the immediate area. Purchased a drink to support the business providing me with seating, as I have physical issues and standing or walking for extended periods of time becomes extremely painful. A female employee extended a kindness to me simply just to be kind. Just wanted to show my appreciation and say thank you. Service: Dine in

Terrible customer service. I understand being busy and the volume of orders this Starbucks handles. But to make a customer wait for his order for 15 minutes while the store is empty and the order being ready without announcing a name. The workers could care less and morale is noticeably low. Pass this store and don’t stop. Move on to the next location. 1 Star all around for this location. Service: Dine in
