Easy to see right off of Henry Street servicing Commack and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. My server Justice was great and very accommodating. On a Thursday night this place was not busy. The food was ok. My Tavern burger was a little small. My Salad was a little wilted. There's a $1.99 entertainment charge for using the game system that's on the table. I'm giving 4stars for service and 2 stars for environment and food. Averaged out to a generous 3 Star rating.
Our server was extremely nice. Unfortunatly we recieved our meal with no silverware to eat and unfortunately our burgers were over done and prepared incorrectly. Was not what I would expect for a 15$ burger. Would likely go elsewhere in the future. Below is a picture of our daughters freckled fruit salad. Which semed like frozen strawberries and manderine oranges out of a can. She did not care for them. Our desserts were the bright spot. Not a great first experience.
Party of 7 also called to let them know so they were aware... Waited over 30 mins to be seated.. Waiited 30 more mins for a drink About 20 mins to order the apps, got the drinks apps came 30 mins after needed more drinks they never came! Had to get our own plates so we could eat the apps. Ate the apps with the menus still on the table because they still didn't take our Dinner order.. 20 mins later we ordered dinner still no drinks... 30 mins after that dinner came COLD AF! Nasty! My soup tasted like dirty BURT Water!! The hostess was nice but seemed overwhelms like they needed more help.. I really don't know! It's was my sons Birthday dinner needless to say it was ruined! They said sorry and took off 25% off it should have been free! I can't believe I paid $150.for that food really pisses me off! About 2hours 30mins later still 1 drink!
TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE SERVICE! . I placed and order to go about 9:10 PM. I order 2 Marco pollos. Picked them up and drove home. When i unpacked i notice the small portion of fries,SO unlike other red robins since they are bottomless fries. 1 order had literally 6 fries and the other order like 10 fries. I decided to call the manager , Brian was the manager that night. I explained the situation,to which he gave me 2 excuses for the lack of fries. Excuse#1 There was an order before mine and the lady order extra extra extra fries and we had nothing left for you I said WHAT?!? that makes no sense,so you couldn 't make any more fries?.Then he went ahead with Excuse#2 You know Red robin counts fries,we can only give a costumer a count of fries which is usually between 7-10 fries for person ,I Laughed,I couldn 't believe what i was hearing, I figured he was new,I have never heard for a chain restaurant counting fries. He started getting frustrated with my question about how can Red Robin count fries. He end up hanging up on me. I decided to call back and ask for corporate phone number,to which he replied I dont know. Why dont you google it?,go on your computer and google red robin 's corporate and you will find it ,What kind of answer is that?! how can a manager NOT have or know the corporate phone number?!. Then I asked for the DM/RM number, to which he replied His name is mike,call the here tomorrow you might catch him,I dont know when he will be here,but you can certainly try,good luck and hung up again. This is the service i received at a BRAND new red robin which i will NEVER visit again. Such a shame since i live 5+ minutes from this location,I rather take the 15 minute drive to Babylon. Wasted 20 minutes and got NO help at all.
