Steak 'n Shake - Columbus

Not good at all. The fries were cold and tough and the milkshake was nasty....it tasted old and sour. Won't order from here again.

I didn't receive my Frisco melt sandwich I ordered but a dry cheeseburger that did not taste fresh and attempting to eat it But so cold and heating did not improve the old taste.

We sat at the bar to have a milkshake. the bar was so dirty and sticky. there were gnats everywhere. we found a piece of black burned food in one of our shakes. the whole place was very dirty. the bartender seemed a little upset when we told him we were there for a shake. food: 3/5

Wonderful experience. this place has well adapted to short personal by getting yourself on the kiosk that was easy and I need to adapt easily. we sat down and the drinks are selfish, so they can receive refills as they want. the food was delicious and accurate. the restaurant was clean and so were the toilets. great place.

I enjoy steak 'n shake, it is one of those places that is consistent and tasty. this was my first time I went to this and although the other things were different, I enjoyed the changes. they had no server, they had to order at a kiosk and wait for them to eat. I don't know why they decided to go into this system, but it works well for them. my meal lasted half the time and eating was better, because I didn't have to wait until someone takes the order, enter my order or bring it out.
