Donatos Pizza - Columbus

I would give 0 stars if I could. order and receive a confirmation email. I'm waiting for an hour to keep my food not delivered. I called the load and was told that my food was not for the delivery, then for 10 minutes was put on the stop for the hired person to not come for the phone. they took my money, but didn't give me my food. I'll call tomorrow. with all the customer service complaints here, they would have thought that they closed this location or at least 2nd layer fired because that is if the customer service is the worst!

The pizzas were right on time on still hot. I could believe that I didn't have pay for Doordash and it was free they just have to pick up my order and deliver it. Plus they were short of drivers. But I thank you for doing that for us. I also gave a $10 tip. Thank you for helping us out and serving us.

I did not order through DoorDash for a reason, they always deliver cold food. That is why I ordered directly for the Donatos app, but for some reason my pizza was being delivered by DoorDash. Not only was the pizza cold (I live within 10 mins of the store) but the receipt was left directly on top of the pizza inside the box (not in the crack outside the box) it looks tampered with. This ruined my night

I always have a bad experience when ordering here. Last time was a messy experience. And this time was not only messy , but they slightly screwed up my order and then over charged me 17$. I’m livid. Would not recommend. Never coming here again and hope they don’t keep scamming people

Don't get your hopes up when ordering from this Donatos. You think you're going to simply order online and pick up your food at the window, but you get there and the whole store is dark, and from the window you can see all of the pizza orders sitting in the hot area. Thank God, I had that thought of maybe when I put this order in I should say cash so I can pay when I get there, I usually always pay online but for some reason I just had this feeling. I sat at the pick up window for literally 10 mins before I decided, no one was going to come to the window. There was a line behind me, I honked and I knocked at the window multiple times. It wasn't even closing time I promise 10:30 on a Saturday night. This was very upsetting, I literally was craving a Chicken mariachi pizza. I hope they take this review into consideration, and maybe stop orders if they know someone will not be in the store.
