Bidrage med feedbackI actually wanted to go to the Boba shop next door. sunright, I think it's called. but I didn't want to wait until they opened (15 min lol) so I came here. I usually have a good experience at most ding tees. this place was quite a bit of a taste. service was koo. young girl playing a few fakes! That was cool. I just think so. Thai tea, not a sweet, light ice cream. bruh, my cup was more than half a cup of ice and it wasn't filled to the top lol it's all good. I'm not a trippin. I'm just not back. Thanks for the good melodies tho
I was very hesitant to visit this place after reading all the negative reviews. I have visited this place once, but it was very years ago (before covid I think.) and during this time, the signature I ordered was not so big..at all. the parking lot here is so terrible. ikyk! I want to start by saying I usually go to chino hills to the dt when her taste began to become inconsistent, I would go to the dt in west covina. Unfortunately, gas too high to make this journey for my beloved signature militia. I went at 8 o'clock and it was pretty crowded. at least it seemed like those who waited for their drinks that blocked in. I went to the register and I was not greeted (4/5 stars due to customer service) and was not told I will be with them or something along these lines. I stood there waiting patiently because the two young baristas were busy. a few moments later, one of the baristas helped me and I put my order. it came out to be about $5. -small signature mile with simple boba and less ice he informed me that they had only golden boba. I was not sure what was the difference between the golden boba and the typical brown/black tapioca. I am aware of the poppings boba and that is something I did not want to definitiw. I thought honestly the golden boba was the norm at dt. Maybe I should look after my Boba terminology. here is where I went wrong. I ordered a small one. Although I try to reduce the sugar for my health, this signed militia was too good to be just a small one. I was really shocked. the color was very easy compared to the militant I had located on the other, so I had my doubt. I took the first swallow and before they know, I ended it in my car before I left the terrible parking lot. will definitely get back to this place and hopefully I can relax a bit in their interior.
Worst customer service ever. I 've been reading some reviews and I see there was one common thing that people mentioned and that is service, especially this one person in the back making drink. My concern is the same. I went in today when there was only one person in front of me. A girl who was taking my order was so nervous and couldn 't answer my question so I asked her if she 's new and she said yes. She was nervous but she was sweet! But when she asked this other person in the back who was making drink to get answers for my questions, the person in the back was being super ignorant and mean. The price was so weird too. On the menu, it was clearly stating 4.49 and it appeared as 5.29. I asked if the price is right and without any explanation, the person in the back said changed . .80 will not affect my life at all however it is pretty big raise for a drink that is around 4. Please add a post it on the menu board or something if you hate to talk to customer. Definitely never going back to the location with this super annoying experience I had today.
It's been a while since I last went to this Boba place and I was excited since I recall they have a really good boba. To my surprise, they don't have Boba...I was disappointed but I still decided to grab a drink and was very disappointed. Not that great and price was a little high considering they don't even have Boba. I wouldn't recommend this place ... try somewhere else.
Out of all my experiences at Ding Tea, my experience was okay until I encountered my biggest nightmare. Cleaning spilled milk tea out of my cup holder. Unsure whether the employee didn't check or it was unnoticeable. But, I got my drink last night and didn't know that there was a hole in the cup. So when I got to my car and on the way home, the milk tea was slowly leaking from the bottom of the cup. You know how the story ends... just wish the workers double-check before handing the drinks out.
