Napa Flats Wood Fired Kitchen College Station

Delicious food, great customer service, I highly recommend you arrive by 5! It was pretty packed after that! A must visit in SA, which is closer to home!

We lived in Bryan for about six months and discovered Napa Flats. The chonburri shrimp are a fantastic appetizer: a little spicy fried shrimp with a refreshing cabbage slaw. We love the wood fired pizzas too. There are several flavor combinations but we love the truffle oil and date pizza. It has a bit of sweetness from the dates and a saltiness from prosciutto that give it an umami balance. The restaurant has an extensive list of wines as well as local beers and mixed drinks. But I would be remiss if I didn't mention their homemade gelato. It is sinfully delicious and comes in many flavors. I recommend the chocolate and toasted coconut for sure.

Never thought I could say this--but the wood fired pizza (the ones with the truffle oil--I did half n half) are better than Blue Ribbon Pizza in Encinitas, CA.... And that banana crumble is to die for. And the chomburie shrimp. And Augusta's Mac n cheese with lobster and more truffle oil on the side. No, I can't hardly move. Muy bad.

Chicken Tortilla Soup is the best ever. Palo Alto dip appetizer was to die for.

The food, service atmosphere are fabulous. Menu is unique offers taste temptations that are sure to please even the most discriminating palate. Best part? Almost everything can be freshly made to gluten-free dietary restrictions. Love,, this place!
