Fusion Peru - College Station

I ordered the mariscos and it was delicious. A Spanish paella chock full of shrimp, mussels, octopus, scallops, and fish in a tasty seasoned rice mix. It was not too salty, very flavorful, with differing textures to add to the taste. Also, the proportion was huge! One order can easily feed two people I highly recommend Fusion Peru to anyone!

Tasty simple food. A little slow service and the food did not come out together, the first plate was stone cold by the time the last came out, but the people were friendly.

The food here is absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly, and there is a diverse menu with plenty of options to choose from. They originally started as a food truck a few years ago, but have since opened up a restaurant and are very happy about it. I highly recommend dining here.
