Bidrage med feedbackYummy Sushi in Abbotsford is a joke! They gave me the wrong order and I didn't realize it until I had driven back to Chilliwack. When I called to let them know about the mix up, they were incredibly rude. I was told I should bring it back and then they would remake my order. The owner was incredibly rude and yelled at me on the phone telling me it was my fault because I picked up the order early. Seriously?! You're a restaurant, get it together. On top of it all, they refused to give me a refund. Terrible customer service and rude staff. I couldn't even eat most of what they gave me because everything was deep fried and the sushi wasn't very good either. I will never return to this establishment and I recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
I don't know what going on in your business, but the service and food was awful. We picked up our food the order was totally wrong the food was cold and when I phoned to complain the women was rude as hell. You would think that they would correct the problem but they didn't. We have ordered from this restaraunt for years and always order the same thing , but to get the order so wrong and not even apologize is disgusting. Will not be returning.
The food was very delicious and the environment was very calm and the music was very soothing and the staff very friendly I'd come back to visit very soon
Absolutely ridiculous, i called in to ask about the free roll i had been previously offered (you can see it on google reviews, it was 3 weeks ago) and the owner yelled at me and told me to cancel my order. i am so shocked. I had ordered dinner for tonight because i wanted to give this restaurant a fair chance to redeem themselves from the last time i had ordered. she said she had NO IDEA about me being offered a free roll and that they would never offer that. I was going to just leave it at that but then she started questioning why i would even order from here if i wasn't happy last time. i told her i'd heard only good things from my friends and that i wanted to try again in hopes that it would be better. i have never had a restaurant owner act so unprofessional and rude towards someone. unbelievable.
Went there with my kids for dinner, their food came before mine. My food came 10 minutes later after my kids had already finished eating. They did not once inform me that the food would be late nor did they once check in on us. When the bill came there was a 15%Covid charge, I overheard the server telling the other table that it was a tip. Assuming it was a tip I asked the manger to remove it due to the poor service. She said no because I has already eaten the food. I told her I would pay for the food but not the tip/covid charge. She then told me it was a tax, I told her that the PST and GST were tax not covid. She refused. I paid the bill and left. Will not ever return again. How many customers misunderstood the bill and ended up tipping twice? Pure greed as there was no major precautions taken aside from plexi glass in front of the register. 15% paid by every order!
