The Wee Chippie -  Mission,

I was thrilled to discover that the Wee Chippie was reopening in Mission. I have visited this restaurant many times and typically order the one piece cod and chips for approximately $8. The cod portion is always generous and consistently delicious. While the chips are usually good, there have been instances where they were overly greasy and unappetizing. If this issue is resolved, it would greatly enhance the overall dining experience at the Wee Chippie.

I am so happy that they have returned. These are the original owners of the Wee Chippie, back when the food was amazing. Their new location is bright, spacious, and very clean. I usually order the cod and chips, and the batter is light and crispy with plenty of cod, not just batter. The chips are authentic and consistently fresh. My husband often gets the salmon and chips, which he enjoys. The prices are fair and the portions are generous. The service is always fast and friendly. If you are a fan of delicious fish and chips, this is the spot for you.

Very good eating here...we actually bought the piece halibut and chips for and share it...a lot for each of us. Although eating was good, the decor is somewhat creepy. it would be nice if “British’ music was played instead of the usual Mariah...Carey genre. even those who like the instrumental muscle of kintyre would add a lot of atmosphere.

First the service here was excellent. Our server was very nice and friendly and made us feel very much at home. The food was very good and so far I would rate this one of our better experiences in Mission. Will most certainly be back.

First time trying out this restaurant. Very good, excellent friendly staff. The fish was light, not greasy. Didn’t care much for the coleslaw.
