Forgot to add the pita bread which was a big reason of why we ordered the platter

Ordered food at 730. At 9, I get a call from my driver that he drove all the way there and they didn’t even have the food in stock that we ordered and they didn’t even notify us. Thankfully our driver was nice enough to wait there for another order. After 2 and half hours more than our original order time the food came in like half- serving size portions and wasn’t even good and was cold.

I ordered at 6 so I could get it by 7 with family and it came later than 730. Food was cold and none of us were fullFood: 1/5

I placed an order for a burger platter and a laffah with a salad and fries. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Every time I come here, I feel like I get cheated out of what I pay for. Every time I order and ask for something on the side, they roll their eyes. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that not only was the salad and fries missing, but I was also given only half of the burger platter with no accompaniments. The incomplete order was a significant letdown, especially considering the prices charged by the restaurant.
