Bidrage med feedbackI visited this cafe the first time I was in NY, all of the sandwiches stacked high in the cases was mesmerizing. I was trying to search on a map the name as I knew I was next to Central Park when I stopped in. I finally found a photo I took, I’m so glad they had their name on the sandwich tags!! We are coming back this September and am looking forward to bringing the family, hoping they will be open by then as Google states it is temporarily closed. :0(
Near Park Central Hotel. Very convenient. Coffee is better than Starbucks and way cheaper. Food is also good enough. A place to go if you are hungry and want something not heavy with your own choice.
My friend and I stopped in for a late lunch, before we went back to the Sheraton Times Square for FlameCon2019. By the time we arrived, the griddle was unavailable; it looked like it was being cleaned, probably in preparation for the dinner crowd. However, the sandwiches my friend and I ordered could be toasted, which made us very happy. The customer service was very good. I did not see if there was a bathroom. Also, as delicious as the food was, I found it a bit pricey, however, in this area of Manhattan, a lot of eateries are pricey, but I digress.
I eat here almost every day for lunch. Wide variety of food to choose from. I love to make my own salad. I also love their New England Clam Chowder! Delicious!
This place is my number one site. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. everytime I feel like having a superb meal, this is the place that comes straight to my mind. excellent and many types of food and a rich menu.courteous crew, and agreeable mood. Also important, the price is fair. I praise this place with no hesitation.
