Bidrage med feedbackI usually don't ever write reviews but this is necessary. I went to this chipotle at August 28, 2023 around 9 pm to pick up some my online order with my friend. I was surprised when I got home to open my bowl to see that the server barely filled my bowl with any rice, or lettuce as seen in the picture. AND he forgot my black beans COMPLETELY. Not to mention A WHOLE INCH of food is missing. My friend and I both got chips and felt they were pretty stale. There was oddly one piece of stale steak in my bowl when i ordered chicken which i found odd but not a big deal compared to the lack of food, no beans and stale tortilla chips.I never had a problem with this in the other chipotle at Colima Road in City of Industry or any other chipotle.
I used to always come to this location to get Chipotle. I got the worst service from girl that work there. I ordered two chicken bowl with salad. Which comes with attitude from the young girl behind the counter When I was asked what about grilled vegetable, she said only with fajitas. I told the day before they put grilled vegetables on my chicken salad bowls. She said her manger said only with fajitas. They both were giving me and my boyfriend a dirty look. None of the employes wear nametags so we don't add their name on the renew. If this female there when you go, don't order their food. She wasn't nice. On top of that i saw her cleaning the counter with spray bottle before covering the food around her. The ticket had host name Jusus. It no point complaining big franchise give rats ass to your complains. It better not to eat over there. Good Luck with your order!
They never pick up the phone and app does not help.
My family and I like the bowls but this time, I was very disappointed with the portions. I'm paying almost $10 for it and it looks like a $5 bowl. The first bowl I ordered was served well, but then another employee step in to take the rest of my order and this employee didn't served the bowls properly. Very stingy!!!
Chipotle never disappointsUpdating from 5 star to 3 star. I would give a 1 star, but the manager with the butterfly tattoos saved the day!I went in and they didn’t have chickenAnd I can’t stand red meat!!I’ll eat it if I have to, but I highly prefer not toSo since the chickens not ready I asked if I can have two scoops of beef for the price of oneAnd the manager kinda just laughed at me and said noSo I asked which manager was above her. And the gentleman with tattoos came out apologized and remedied the situation. This is not the first time they’ve been rude, or “forget” to give me my points.Update: ordered online with the app and it seems they only gave me about 3/4 of my plate. Looks like someone took a chunk out of it. Especially when I asked for extra rice
