Food is always fresh and the manager is super nice and professional! The only issue they always forget items from my order ! Otherwise is a great location, food is fresh and restaurant is always clean!

The food this always hot and fresh. But the service is another issue. It seems like they cater to the drive thru more than walk ins. I waited for 5-7minutes before I was served and that was only because I had to say something. No one acknowledged my presence. No one said someone will be right with you. When I did say something the manager finally popped up. The other 5 workers could have cared less. The manager was friendly enough and was helpful. But you run a risk these days of speaking up in a food service establishments. They could do indecent things to your food. Just because you are a fast food establishment in a minority neighborhood doesn 't mean the people shouldn 't get good service.

Bad costumer service. (Specially Ms. OLIVIA not a helpfulperson). This is my favorite spot , but today was very bad costumer service. Food is great. 5 .
