Papa John's Pizza - Chester

I mean you’re crazy if you think you can convince me that these guys don’t deliver that TV quality commercial level papa John’s pizza. Every single time I get their pizza it’s the same which says a ton. If you want straight forward good pizza that hits the same every single time the team at this branch delivers.

Got a pizza to go on 4th of July....while it was good it wasn't 5 star worthy. I will give them credit though, while all the other local pizza places in Chester were closed the evening of the 4th, Papa John's was open. We ordered at the Papa John's store and they were busy, but we only had to wait approx 20 minutes. While the staff were friendly, they did seem to be overwhelmed. Service: Take out

Whoever they have working as a manager needs to be fired. They didn 't deliver part of my order. I called and asked for it to either be delivered or refunded. He said he couldn 't do that. He offered to for me to call next time and ask for a free cookie. I never order from them, and now I never will again after this experience. I explained that I just wanted the money back for an item they didn 't deliver since I never order from them and if he couldn 't do that then to put me in touch with someone corporate who could. By the way they verified my item was still at the store on their shelf. He got VERY nasty with me, said I was an awful person How am i awful for wanting my money back for something I didn 't receive?!?! and yelled that he was voiding my entire order and that I was a negative person. I never once raised my voice or was rude to him and it 's really upsetting to have been spoken to like this. All I wanted was the money refunded for an item I didn 't receive! I definitely did not ask for or want him to void my entire order. He kept refusing to do it so what else was I supposed to do than ask to speak to someone who could. :

The service was absolutely terrible. They forgot to include some items in my order and refused to issue a refund for them. When I contacted the store about the missing items, I was informed that there was nothing they could do, as the missing items were only worth a few dollars. It feels like they’re just taking advantage of customers and don’t care about providing good service. I would not recommend this place. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

I absolutely love having Christen as my delivery driver! She's a true gem, and her positivity and bright smile always brighten my evening!
