When you raise prices to keep quality the that is fine. When raise prices and reduce what you put on the sub and rolls are terrible then that is another story. You also don't give Military discount! I have been a fan of Capriotti's for over 25 years. I have always enjoyed the fresh ingredients and delicious freshly cooked turkey at every location I have visited. However, my recent experience at this particular location was extremely disappointing. When I entered the restaurant, it appeared unkempt and dirty, with the floor being cleaned during business hours while customers were present. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. These inconveniences paled in comparison to the quality of the food I received. When I opened my sub, the lettuce was wilted, the turkey was mushy and almost gelatinous in texture, and the bread was cold and untoasted. This sub was a far cry from the outstanding service and quality I have come to expect from Capriotti's. I hope that these issues are addressed, as this location does not live up to the standards of the franchise.
