Dan's Diner - Chatham

Saturday am. Arrived at 9:40. Didn’t get food. It was 10:49 and our order was still 4 orders back. One cook, 25 seats, no bathroom inside. Waitress didn’t let us know how backed up they were. Got coffee and my husband got an oj. $6. Waitress didn’t offer to refill coffee while we were waiting. Decided to leave after the guy started throwing pancakes and swearing.

Place doesn 't have much seating but food was delicious. We got polish omelette and hot mess ... Plate it was good. Place is super cute!

Best flapjacks in the Hudson Valley! Softer than a pillow and fluffier than a shag carpet.

If I could give it 8 stars I would! Everything was absolutely perfect. We both agreed it was the best diner experience we’ve ever had, no notes.
