The best GYATDAMN egg rolls I've had. 10/10 must try again!

The food is delicious! My son who is a very picky eater requests Snow Your Roll all the time. We are so happy they are back and we can’t wait to visit them! The staff is friendly and kind, and always greats us with smiles. Food trucks tend to move a little bit slower, so make sure you prepare for a reasonable wait.

Finally got a chance to try them at the Eat Black Charlotte Food Festival. This is a food truck. I had a Hibachi Egg Roll and I cannot stop thinking about it. The Yum Yum sauce completes it. My friend had the Veggie Stir Fry Egg Roll and really enjoyed his as well. I didn't get to try a shaved ice this time around, by the time I tried to circle back the line was crazy. The two ladies that own the truck are really nice, helpful, and provide great service. I will definitely come back to try more egg rolls and shaved ice especially as it gets warmer outside.

How did we wait over an hour in line for them to come out and say they aren’t making any more shaved ice! TF?! That’s a black owned business for you. Will be sure never to support again!

My family and I tried this spot at the Eat Black Charlotte event and although there was a long line, it was worth the wait. My sister from out of town wanted a snow cup so we all got one and we were amazed. It was tasty and needed on a hot day. I tried the Veggie egg roll and it was ok, but I would definitely recommend!
