Showmars - Charlotte

Wow. only pure terrible service. they didn't even get to order my only meal. I missed half of it. When I came in, I was not greeted and stared. don't greet or ask what I need. I told the cassian my name for my order. no answer. the Shomars staff could not even prepare the condiments for my order without stopping and writing on his phone. a majority of the employees spoke or on the phone. the manager of this place has to clean house. sad. I love to visit a shomars when I'm in charlotte. I'll do the next time.

My husband and I stopped for a late lunch after 2:00. I would like to praise Nevaeh for her sweet and friendly customer service. We ate inside and I kindly saw her serve every client who came through the door. Their kindness also spread to the kitchen staff. Whenever she would ask for something, it was followed with requests and thanks. In this climate of bad customer service, I think that it is very important to light on those who care. Thank you. Nevaeh for our lunch hour a pleasant one.

First they call. Again asked to keep, all background noise could hear. I was led to the food lion, which was kept for about 15 minutes. While still in the hands of the showman, the staff I was recommended. I said no one was on hand, I asked her to say a little loud. When they heard their voice, they realized that I was stuck. With the manager about the duty, the problem calmly explains. She told me I'm here now so I could order. I only expect the minimum level of customer support at a facility like Showman?s none was received. Not one employee regretted their actions and how they would address the problems. Questions about owners do not contact any given so the reason for this review. By the way, the fish sandwich was almost unusable. Will never come back!

Excellent staff. very friendly and they went out of that to be helpful. all this while we also help for a birthday party. excellent loading.

Hadn't been to a Showmars in some time and was looking for a quick bite to eat. I ordered two fish sandwiches and was pleasantly surprised with the abundance of fish on my sandwiches. They were hot, fresh and oooo soo good!
