Red Salt By David Burke - Charlotte

I had never heard of David Burke before, but both of his restaurants at this hotel are incredible. The food will set your taste buds ablaze from all the flavors! The food and drink options are unique are cooked to perfection. The restaurant offers two types of seating, one with fine dining sit down and a more casual high top table setting.

My friend and I met up here for Charlotte restaurant week! Everything was absolutely delicious. The drinks, food and service par excellent. It?s so refreshing receiving good service when the hospitality industry is suffering so bad now.

I came to Red Salt for restaurant week and had a great dining experience! I tried the BBQ spring rolls, the sirloin with hipster Mac n cheese, and the peanut butter cheesecake for dessert. Will definitely return to Red Salt!

The side and starters were good, but the main course was nothing special

We have dined for silvester with an on-site menu. the scallops were fish and lukewarm. all other courses were good, including the main course that was great. our table had the filet and crab, the lamb and the filled sole. everyone was happy with this cure. all dishes were well plated and the service was great.
