Great BBQ. Just the right amount of sauce. The chopped brisket sandwich has great flavor, was tender and juicy. Was not overly smokey. Fries were also very good and the portion could easily be shared between 2 or 3 people.

The staff was friendly and the food was delicious! I ordered the pork slaw sandwich with potato salad, as well as the mac and cheese with collard greens. It was amazing! Each bite was a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The side dishes were also full of flavor, nothing was dull or uninteresting.

Exciting take on barbecue! While usually these bigger more “modern” restaurants aren’t always all that, noble smoke delivered : a run down. You buy everything a la carte. From the mains to the sides. They had a special edition pastrami the night we went, and it was amazing. The meats were all heavenly. The pulled pork and turkey were my favorites. The Mac and cheese has goat cheese which was an interesting take but definitely one to get. Will definitely go again!

I was blown away by the amazing BBQ at this restaurant! The atmosphere, service, and food were all top-notch. I highly recommend the pork BBQ sandwich for $9.00, although the sides cost extra. The smell in the restaurant brought back memories of Lexington, NC. Jim Noble has truly outdone himself once again. Congratulations!

This is a fantastic place to visit. The idea of transforming a garage into a BBQ restaurant is truly inspirational. The service was exceptional (make sure to ask for Lauren). She was very well-informed about the menu and the beer selection. The brisket had a rich smoke flavor and the pulled pork had a delicious smokiness with a peppery kick from the rub. This location is capable of handling large crowds, so don't hesitate to visit even during busy times. It's worth noting that all of their sauces are tomato-based, including the vinegar sauce, so be cautious if you have a tomato allergy. Additionally, the on-site brewery is fantastic with a wide variety of beers to choose from.
