Great plant based options, customer service and quick service. pita bread fresh out of the oven. I will be back for the falafel bowl!Dietary restrictions: Vegan options!

I dined at Mezeh in Optimist Hall last night, and Carlos, along with his team, provided exceptional service as always. Ines and Marielina were fantastic.

Trash I ordered online on their app, found out I ordered at the wrong location, and seconds later called that location to cancel my order. They confirmed the order was cancelled, but I never was refunded my money. I've been emailing their customer service for 4 months and they ignore all of my communications. They are shady and would rather keep $25 than to do business with integrity.

Ordered here and they gave me the wrong order. Not that they gave me someone else's order. I ordered a steak and egg pizza, which is a menu item, and they gave me a chicken and egg pizza, which sounds terrible and is not a menu item. It was also 25 minutes late, even though the restaurant was empty.I submitted a customer service request online to get it worked out. It's been 2 weeks and they've just completely ignored it. I won't be back.

Good food, bad attitude from guy that works doing the bowl.They need better customer service, beside it all was good food and very tasty. Good
