McDonald's - Charlotte

The staff is always annoying, no matter when. I just went to this place a few times and it was never a positive visit. Staff and especially management feel like your wrong to mention something that is not right. Today she decided to throw our food in the bag after I mentioned that the order was wrong. It is disappointing to have bad experiences in this place, but can expect a little less with annoying employees.

40 Nuggets for 11.50 after tax. It's good. Nailed all sauce decisions perfectly. 4 different types

Food is unusual. No comments required! The staff is great! You are so generous with service. Iv saw people sanitize after every customer, which make me feel soo safe while Kovid-19.

Yesterday I went to breakfast and how normal the checkout repeated my sum in the window before I paid. That was exactly what I ordered. I pay and put in the window to get my food and the lady tries to give me a sweet tea I didn't order. I let them know what my order was and they looked confused, even though I can see them on the window. The manager asks my card and I ask her why? She said I was charged for a sweat tea so she had to pay my money back. I checked my ticket and my card. My ticket had my order, but I was charged the wrong drink. She needs a very long time with my card. Then she gives me my receipt and some other people. The manger did not even apologize for the mistake that was made. The Manger has clearly forgotten their training or needs training in the skills of people.

It's McDonald's and it is what it is. At least at this location the fries are usually pretty good. Not the typical Mickey D's cardboard variety.
