Mcdonald's - Charlotte

Today i went through the drive thru to order an dinner box, mocha frappe and 2 McFlurrys. And the total came up to $35!! Dinner box 17.00 with tax, McFlurry 2.79 each and mocha frappe 3.79!! when i ask for an recipe the manager was rude and said today it?s cash only so theirs no recite and when I ask why is it 35.00 the rude manager didn?t even wear a mask but came over to tell us that ? if you don?t want the drink then I?ll take it back!? SO RUDE! When we got home and open our dinner box their wasn?t even sauce in it even tho we ordered sauce! Won?t be coming back! Horrible service ?

We go here all the time HOWEVER we just went through the drive-thru for a happy meal for our son and they only gave us 5 nuggets (not 6 AND NO TOY! What is happy about that? (Good thing mommy carries extra toys in her pocketbook.

Good experience here at McDonald?s. Hash brown and the biscuit was great too. Good friendly service. Would definitely come back here again for a quick bite to eat. ?

Update, People still nice, food is not getting better, just the opposite, got another Bacon egg and cheese bagel. It was cold, two small soggy pieces of bacon, stale bagel. Threw it away, very sad. Old review Food needs some help on occasion. Got a Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel. See picture. Would expect more bacon. Basically disappointed. Haven't got this sandwich in about a year. Trying to eat better. This was a splurge. Won't get again.

Quick service and friendly but the drive thru does get backup on weekdays around 330pm because of all the people showing up at the same time.
