Mcalister's Deli - Feedback

I?ve literally been to every McAlister?s in Charlotte and this is the best one! I always order their baked potatoes and they?re never over cooked like the other...

I use to go here all the time but tonight is my last time going there again. I placed a recent order and even paid a 20% tip and all three items were incorrect....

McAlister's is on my short list of favorite lunch places. Their salads and baked potatoes are hard to beat!
