Local Loaf: Patisserie Bakery

By far one of the best breakfast/brunch spots in Charlotte. Have loved everything I have got from them the prices are beyond reasonable. Service is always great consistent too! Highly recommend all the baked goods as well. The cookies are to die for.

Food was great, nice atmosphere. Chicken fried steak. Got a can of seasonal beer from the fridge. Low capacity/long wait but maybe just don't go Sunday brunch

The employees were very sweet and the service was fast, but the coffee cake muffin, cheese grits, and croque monsieur were not the best. The croque was more like texas toast with a lot of thick sauce. However the location was super cute and everyone was very nice!

We ordered from them several times good is really good. My husband I had to write this review today cause we pre ordered online even if the chef was sick his wife made it a mission to honor the order early this morning after Thanksgiving. Kudos to you guys!!!! We’ll always come back ..much respect for your commitment to your trade, biz and life.

Went for brunch this past Sunday and was extremely excited to try this place. Looking at all the reviews we were ready to wait a while for the food which we didn’t mind doing at all. We ordered our meals just fine and sat down to wait. The food took the 45 minutes they told us it would but this is when things started to go downhill. The guy at the front counter rung in one of the meals wrong so they brought out something completely different from what we told the guy. We didn’t really mind because the meal was actually a menu item we had been debating on ordering. It tasted really good and we liked it but the way the situation was handled was very poor. They didn’t really offer to make us the right meal and really tried to convince us to just take the messed up order so they didn’t have to fix their mistake. On top of that the other meal we ordered “the box Benny” wasn’t so great as it was practically saltless or very under salted. If they had added some salt the meal would’ve been perfect. Will still be coming back to give this place another try though.
