Ihop - Charlotte

Very unprofessional and rude manager! my omelette was reheated and the veggies were added to an old and thrown up. my toast was completely clogged, and the salsa I paid $1.29 was omitted. she tells me the toast is not stale, they have always veggies put in themselves and she has only reimbursed salsa and toast. they save their money and go somewhere else! they have to be fired and have no business in customer service. I was sure to add the picture for them. where are the veggies. as I said above and reheated smh.

The service here is not good (submit). the third time that this place makes an attempt. we went without help. workers who direct us and nobody stood came to our table. we asked if someone was working our table. someone came by to explain the 3 things she would do before she took our order. No, they were not torn. Very good. we're here, we're not gonna come back.

The waitress was great, the wait was minimal, considering how many people were there, and that was great! I think it's under new management because I had much better experience here than I had before!

The customer service is terrible. I asked for a refund, because my order was not ready 15 minutes after promised. the person told me that I had to cancel my order online. I raised my IHOP account and asked where, then I was told to call ihop, I asked for the number. they told me he was busy with online orders. my order was an online order via the IHOP website not a third. I will not waste my time or my money on rudeness. I understand that they are busy, but it only takes a minute to confirm the care of a customer.

Clean and staff was friendly. We went early morning, it was not crowded and staff all wore masks which I was very happy about.I'm not from the area so there was like 4 round-abouts that I had to go through to get to it...not sure if there was an easier way or not but you eventually get there ?.
