Golden Coast Ii - Charlotte

My order was not completed at check-out, so I didn't pick up. My card was accused anyway that these people were not willing to correct in any way. This is not an honorable business

Had a hard night and just wanted a chicken lo mine. Had a chance here and had to leave a 5-star rating because It exceeded my expectations. HUGE portions, great prices. Chicken lo mine was one of the best I had in Charlotte, friend got beef and broccoli and really liked it! Spring rolls were okay, but the crab Rangoon was also delicious. Ordered delivery by Postmates and It was so fast, will be safe again!

Usually this place is amazing. The young man who took my order on the phone was quite rude and lacked in all customer service skills. The food wasn't hot. And the Mongolian beef had no beef, there are all onions and water chestnuts. The pineapple chicken fried rice had about five pieces of chicken. And the shrimp lo mine had about six pieces of the smallest shrimp possible. I'm very sad that I have to leave a one-star review. This used to be our favorite place to eat. I'll never eat here again.

The food was really bad. The chicken wings had to be baked (maybe more than once) in old oil and were very dry. The rice had many grains that were raw. The crispy chicken was also bad with very big chicken stables. We couldn't eat 90% of the wings. It was a waste of money.

This isn't our normal Asian go to takeout place but we wanted to try something different. We were pretty disappointed by the food. My go to order for takeout regardless of the place is typically general tso chicken. The chicken here was pretty cold when we got home (10 min drive). My wife's meal had no real flavor and a ton of breading on the chicken. The brown rice just tasted like white rice with a bunch of soy sauce mixed in. We also ordered crab rangoons as an appetizer, there was barely any filling in them and they were dried out, tasted like they had been microwaved. We will probably just stick with our traditional spot (tastes much better). If you try here I hope you have a better experience.
