Fuel Pizza Cafe - Charlotte

This place is a great spot for a huge slice of NY style pizza. Crust is nice and crisp and tastes great. You order at the counter and they bring the pizza to you. The place looks like an old service station.

Fuel pizza is consistently voted to be the best in Charlotte for a good reason. There's a great variety of options, and the Asian Chili wings I had were to die for. My Mom and I have started a tradition to come here for Mother's day, and if course we visit way more often than once a year. I totally recommend them!

My family and I showed up on a Sunday night at 8:30, the service couldn’t have been better!!! We were greeted by two young employees that were working so hard!! The pizza and the wings were wonderful!!!! We even took home some garlic rolls and cinnamon rolls!! We are definitely coming back many times!!!

My daughter and her boyfriend were over. I asked if they wanted Pizza. Her boyfriend and I have been to this fuel Pizza three times now. Rather than go to the Domino 's right down the street from my apartment, we decided to drive the few miles to go to Fuel. We have never been disappointed by the quality of the food. I must admit the last time we went I was floored by the price. We ordered a pizza and wings. They had not changed the pricing on the menu and I paid way more then I had expected. However, the food was delicious. Usual her boyfriend and I get a 'hot spicy ' kind of pizza. My daughter doesn 't eat spicy food so we ordered the five cheese. The Man Behind the cash register was very cordial and sweet. He asked if it was for here or to go. When I said 'Here, for now. '. He said, with an huge smile, 'Well we have plenty of boxes. '. We always appreciate the fact that the boxes are right out front so you don 't have to ask for a to-go box. You can just walk over and grab one. We also like the free refills on the drinks. Napkins are right on the table. As well as salt, pepper, Cayenne Flakes, and parmesan cheese.

Hot and fresh slices. There's just something about a reheated slice that gets it to the perfect consistency of soft and chewy, but crispy as well. Love it. And they always have something coming out of the oven too if you're wanting something piping hot. Friendly. Convenient location.
