Bidrage med feedbackAs I sit here at the local Domino’s at 11:22pm, I’ve been here since 10:45pm, my pizza says it’s still in prep since 10:25pm. I look on the board and my name is nowhere to be found. I initially ordered and paid online then called to make an adjustment to my order only to find out that there wasn’t a driver available and I would have to come and pick it up. I asked Paige, “How long? 15-20 mins right?” Yes was her response. It’s 11:29 pm and not only is my order NOT ready, it hasn’t even been MADE! According to the gentleman that finally asked what my number was. Wait, young man, wouldn’t it be wise to check to see if there were any open orders that have yet to be made?I completely understand that places are looking for help, but if you and the 2 other people working can’t handle the load, don’t accept the order. I would have much rather heard that no more orders were being accepted and would consider returning, rather than to leave my house, get to the store and still wait almost an hour to get my pizza. Domino’s Pay folks a competitive wage…yep, even to make and deliver pizza.The manager Dwayne listened to my feedback and I could definitely see that he was trying to get those orders done quickly and correctly. I definitely appreciated his feedback, but he can only do so much…
Worst Dominos we’ve ever ordered from!They literally cancelled our order without telling us why, left us on hold for five minutes, then said it was canceled because they didn’t have enough delivery drivers and that they were calling people to give them the option to pick up pizza. We never got a call. We then asked if it was ready and they said yes. My boyfriend told them he would come pick it up immediately. He went to pick up and they said they threw it out because they supposedly called and warned him. My boyfriend proved we never received a call and the manager finally apologized. Another customer that was waiting also had her order canceled and was told she was called, but she never received a call either. Second time this location has canceled our order because of an alleged lack of drivers. This is just totally unacceptable. My boyfriend saw 5 employees while there this evening and 2 of them were sitting there doing nothing. Do NOT order from this location. Go pick up your pizza at a different location instead. It’s not worth trying to get them to do their jobs here.
I know it's my fault, I knew this place was terrible, but I ordered anyway. I thought to pick up my order would cut a solid 3 hours off the time, but the lock was just as good running. they save time and drive them to a better business. the app says I get a free pizza and the service is so bad here, I don't want to pick it up.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I am absolutely shocked by the service at this Domino's. I ordered a pizza over three hours ago, and I'm still waiting. The whole point of ordering pizza is to avoid a lengthy wait, but no one seems to care about how long they’re making me wait. Honestly, it’s just ridiculous.
I ordered a pizza at 9:40 PM on Monday, and by 11:37 PM, it still hadn't arrived. Unfortunately, this has become a common issue with them lately. I often end up getting a free pizza with each order since the Domino's app automatically awards you 60 reward points if the delivery takes longer than an hour. UPDATE: The store ultimately closed before I received my order. They didn't even bother to call and inform me that they had no plans to deliver it.
