Bidrage med feedbackLet me start by saying the gentlemen who helped me was working it was his first day so he was great and had no influence over my review. I walked in the door and started ordering if a person is brand new someone should be helping him learn yet no one in sight helped though plenty were available when he needed assistance. My huge issue is the manager or supervisor yelling at her employees. You should never do this regardless but she was literally right there yelling at everyone about a code or something. This woman in the black shirt with shorter hair needs to be fired. There’s no excuse to treat people like that. I’ve been a supervisor you never treat people like that but if there’s an issue you quietly hold a meeting one on one or plan a meeting you never just yell at everyone making the whole team stop. This woman made my blood boil and I will never be back. Fire this woman. You will never keep employees if they are being abused. Maybe it was a bad day. But on your worst days you should never approach anywhere near this level of abuse. Shame on her. Shame on who keeps her employed. Disgusting.
Great food for a fair value of a price. Delicious chicken salad. Highly recommend.
Business traveler in town for a week. Food here was great, ordered twice while in town. My first order included a bowl of soup, which I thought looked small. I ordered a cup of soup the second time and it was the same size, so I got shorted on a relatively expensive bowl of soup. If not for that...would've been 5 stars.
Food was good. It was however disappointing that the front of house was so dirty. We were there just as they opened, but they obviously didn't clean the tables or floor after service the previous day or before they opened.
This was My first time trying Chicken Salad Chick. The food was great! I did not give 5 stars, because of what I observed while placing my order. The manager took my order (on my ticket, her name is Sarah . She was extremely rude to her staff and it affected how she Interacted with me. As I approached the counter I witnessed her responding to a staff member in a very rude tone and she said something along the lines of “I don’t know how many times I have to say it” in front of the entire restaurant. Also, she didn’t greet me, Instead she asked “what can I get you?” I am pointing this out, because I witnessed her greet the customer before me with so much warmth. I share this to say she ruined the atmosphere. Staff do not work for you, they work for a company. You have absolutely no right to speak to anyone the way that you did, and to do so in front of customers makes me believe you do so often. I can only imagine how she talks to staff members when customers aren’t around… it’s probably worse! Anywho, I will NOT be back to this location. Good food though!! :
