Be's Noodles Banh Mi - Charlotte

The combination vermicelli noodles were bland, no sauce on the noodles and garnel were simply ok. the tofu banh mi was in order, a lot tofu and the sweet were great, but the roll was soft not a typical crispy Vietnamese roll. the chicken cure was blanching. very disappointing in consideration of the reviews.

The place was packed and for good reason! That was probably the best sandwich I've ever had. The soup was great also. Everything was good!

Really great food. I've had the Bahn mi, Pho rice noodle dishes and everything has been excellent. The lemongrass pork with rice noodles is my favorite, you can't beat the real fire grilled flavors.

I came earlier today and ordered a boba tea and pho. Although their menu is small everything is so good, staff is friendly, and nice seating.

Super bummed about my door dash order. the raw meat juice got everywhere. It was cold and most of it was bad. Do better
