American Deli - Charlotte

Wings always has a slight odor, (I don’t like American Deli’s chicken supplier) as if they were getting old. They taste like this Everytime. They’re also small wings. They give 2 small ranch for a 20 piece order wings. There was a 20 min wait!

You should never BLAST trap music with the amount of profanity that this establishment did. I can’t believe how un professional this place is….. employees saying the F word and calling each other Bitches….

Whomever is on the register on this date he was disrespectful I asked for a side of seasoning and it turned into a whole nother idk what it was. But I def wouldn't recommend coming here if he is working bad for

This is a hidden gem. The cashiers are fun and amazing and the cooks are great!

Customer service was good, could have been a little more helpful since this was my first visit to this restaurant since it opened. I did express that as well. French fries were cold and wings could've had more sauce on them.
