Food was as expected for this particular chain, service was great

Long wait times for food even if seated fast. Undercooked lobster. Manager never comes to check. Cook your own, save money.

Nice, clean typical Red Lobster. Plenty of parking and in the Southridge Shopping Center across from Home Depot. JC was our server and was doing double duty as the nights' bartender. He knows all the right things....recommendations, checking on us, etc. Great server!The menu has daily specials like surf and turf on Wednesdays for $24.99, fish fry Friday for $13.99, etc. The cheesey, garlic, buttery rolls are the best part of the night. I usually really enjoy Red Lobster. This visit, the food wasn't great. Just not as hot and tasty as normal. The wife mentioned hers wasn't that good. Maybe just an off day. Will try again another time.

Ordered take out. The lobster bis and biscuits were amazing. And the lobster pizza was great too. Red lobster is a great place to eat seafood and it's a big step up from captain D's.
