Bidrage med feedbackBugatti‘s had a nice menu and the pricing was fair. However, our food took almost 50 minutes. The manager did comp one of the meals, but for a restaurant not being crowded, we were fairly disappointed.
I’ll be honest I’ve not been this disappointed at a fine dining restaurant ever. We had to have two dishes removed from the bill.Started with the colossal shrimp on ice and house salad. The shrimp were extremely over cooked but I went with it as it was an appetizer and could understand given their size. The salad was delightful.My wife had the Fra Diavlo Shrimp and again the shrimp were overcooked but this time inedible. Almost like they took the precooked (overcooked) appetizer shrimp and cooked them some more. It was to the point that over 10 min passed between getting the entree and seeing our server so she ate the pasta around the shrimp. I had the sea bass on squash risotto and we basically shared that since her entree was so bad.We ordered the charred broccolini and it was forgotten. Once it came it was warm raw. Like barely cooked. Such a simple dish to serve wrong is insane.The server removed the bad dishes. And brought us a lovely anniversary dessert.The service was spectacular. For a $220 meal, I don’t feel that I should have to send two dishes back.
Sarah was an amazing waitress. She was very on top of everything and took great care of us. The scallops were very tasty and they did a chocolate birthday dessert for my partners birthday. We will definitely be back.
Love this place think it was just a bad day for the food. Pork belly and asparagus were amazing but the steaks were inedible. The waitress watched me attempt to cut it and was amazed. The cook on the steak was good but the meat was extremely tough. The manager was very apologetic and took the 3 steaks off our bill.
Medium-rare steak was extremely tough and lacked flavor. Pasta was very salty. Could have gotten better food somewhere else for a quarter of the price.
