Bidrage med feedbackEvery time I visit Chapel Hill, I make sure to stop by Cha House and order their tofu dish. Every component of the rice bowl is truly exceptional. The roasted tofu is light, crispy, and perfectly chewy. I have never tasted tofu quite like this before. The tea is consistently well-brewed, the rice has the perfect sticky texture without being clumpy, and the broccoli salad is refreshing. The dish is topped off with a drizzle of soy sauce that adds the finishing touch. You must give it a try, especially if you are vegan. The tofu rice dish is made to order, so it may take around 10 minutes to prepare. Additionally, they offer a variety of plant-based milk options and can accommodate requests for sugar-free options.
Every time I visit Chapel Hill, I always stop by Cha House and order their tofu bowl. Every component of the dish is absolutely delicious. The fried tofu is light, crispy, and chewy all at the same time - a preparation I have never experienced before. The tea egg is consistently perfectly cooked, and the rice has the ideal texture - sticky but not clumpy, and flavorful on its own. The broccoli salad is also a refreshing addition. The dish is topped off with a drizzle of soy sauce that you simply must try. It is vegan-friendly, without the egg. Additionally, they offer a variety of plant-based milk options and can accommodate requests for zero sugar.
I personally didn't enjoy the Boba beads they use at this restaurant. They seemed to be popular among other customers, so it may just be a matter of personal preference.
