Cava - Chapel Hill

My first experience here was great, enjoyed eating. second time, the personal was completely unprepared. that was the most raw sweet potato I've ever given in a restaurant. the customer service is very missing, has not corrected the problem. there was a female server there, in contrast to the sweet potato, that was very nice to us.

Disapointing. Over rated and overpriced. Service was friendly but struggling. There is no proper overhead menu and signage on the line is poor. Out of some ingredients. The overall product is only worth about 75% of what it costs. Online ordering allowed me to order for 6 people only to be told there were no times available pick up when I went to pay for it. They were steady making to go orders when I arrived. I get home and serve my family only for my daughter to find hair in her bowl. I blew $70 on this. Don't come here. I certainly won't be coming back.

How did I not know about this place before?? It is AMAZING. It's a chipotle style restaurant where you go down the line and make your own bowl (skip the pita sandwich, you get WAY less fillings You can get crazy with the toppings and with some extra lettuce it is a solid two meals. I am obsessed. Now to convince them to come to Northern CA....

Went to Cava’s last night. I have already recommended it! We thoroughly enjoyed all the wonderful flavors. I found it to be a memorable meal! Wish there were more locations!
