Bidrage med feedbackI decided to go to this Subway and I am glad I did. The two guys were bored not to many people getting grub that day. I used my coupon for 2 foot long sandwiches for $13.00 so I got The Meatball sandwich and The Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Customized them and went home. I are meatball sandwich at night and Philly the next day.
This is the second time that they did not make our subcorrect. And put very, very little on them.
Got a sandwich for lunch today. We ordered 3 sandwiches 2 chicken bacon ranch and one ham and cheese. This young lady helped me I didn’t get her name but she had a pony tail and was maybe 24 or 25. Wow she made me the best subway sandwich I’ve might of ever had in my life. She took her time with my sandwich and made it to perfection! I wish I would of got her name but that girl deserves a raise for her service and sandwich making! Not everyone makes your sandwich with care and love but this girl does So thank you girl for the great sandwich !
Staff was very helpful and service was quick and easy!
It pains me to write this review because we go to this establishment so often and have never had a bad experience but after the horrible service I received today I can't help but try to warn people. I went to this subway today ordered my sandwich which was off their new menu. First of all the worker gave me a foot long without asking (I wanted a six inch but I saw it was busy so I didn't want to make it a big deal. I was holding my little girl at the time so I also didn't see that he didn't toast my sandwich like I wanted. By the time I noticed I had already paid and was sitting down getting ready to eat. I waited until he was done with the order he was currently on and very nicely asked to just get my sandwich toasted. He said they were too busy and to get in the back of the line. I couldn't believe he would be so petty. And went back to my seat to wait for my kids to finish eating so we could get out of there. The worker proceeded to stare down my wife, my wife told him to stop staring at her and then the other worker proceeded to start yelling at my wife, said he didn't care if we got our order right or not and that he wasn't the owner and he didn't care. We started exchanging words, and I just ignored him after my little girl started to look scared. She said she didn't want to eat there anymore and I didn't blame her. To whomever owns this franchise, I don't appreciate people who don't care about my order, don't care about correcting mistakes (everyone makes them, usually no big deal! , and I especially don't appreciate your employees yelling at my family. My children do not want to eat at your establishment anymore and I don't blame them after how we were treated. After all the time we've been going we have never had an issue with any of the other (wonderful employees you have there, but these two were just plain horrible. You lost my business.
