Kfc - Cedar Falls

Never again....what a bad experience. The service thru the drive thru was poor. Did not get the side dishes. The food sucked. The price for a non-combo was charged at at higher price than the combo. Called the Manager (Romel) which handled thecall very poorly. They have moto on their internal wall stating treat every guest like a friend in your home . They failed inevery way. Very sad.

Food was decent, I was glad the dining room was open. The soap dispenser was out of order in the women's restroom. Ugh this is Top Priority KFC!

Been here 3 times now, each time had to wait bout 10-20 mins at the window. not the end of the world. each time i come food quality gets worse. same meal every time- spicy sandwich w mashed potatoes gravy. this time chicken was so bad it was almostinedible. chicken was 90% breading with the thinnest detest slab of meat in it. was like trying to eat a big pink eraser. not tomention there was about a quarter sized shot of sauce on the middle of both buns, didn't taste it at all. potatoes were fine,hard to f that up at least. lemonade was earm, even tho it had ice in it? disappointed but not really surprised, won't be comingback. might try the waterloo location. but unless you're dying and the only thing that will save you is the worst chicken you'veever had, don't come here

Service was great. Staff was friendly. However, the food just isn't the same KFC it was years ago. Biscuits were hard and dry, and chicken just doesn't have the same flavor. I worked at KFC 30 plus years ago when biscuits were still rolled and cut out andthe chicken was hand breaded. Gravy was made from scratch and you greeted customers with a smile...your paycheck depended on it.Not sure what happened to the recipes...over time they cut corners to make it easier, but it seems to have sacrificed the tasteand quality.

Sad to see no long John silver's anymore. We ordered the chicken strips backets meals and they were so dry and they were not good. Wanted a couple of cookies and you had to order 12. They are not baked fresh anymore, they come prepackaged. So sad ofall the changes and the staff were busy talking among themselves. Probably won't be back to the Cedar falls store.
