The staff and food were good. We were the only people in the restaurant and they closed all the shutters and we felt closed in. Breakfast in the morning was good and a lot of it
Historic Restaurant. Real Portuguese gastronomy, friendly staff. The best octopus rice of my life. I hope to return to Casa do Parque and Castelo de Vide and bring the rest of my family.
Expensive meat fest if you like a huge portion of meat and little else then this is for you . Asked for wild boar and got hare large portion but just lacked any real love for the food . Disappointed .
I went there based on a recommendation of a local shop owner. Reception was very friendly staff very competent. I did order fish fillets (filletes dourada) which were excellent. Hard to find better .
