Bidrage med feedbackWe have been here multiple times over the years. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a good dining experience. The food is always top notch, and pretty reasonable as well.
Terra Di Briganti is simply a comfortable, delicious, sweet dining experience. Italians are the main clientel, but everyone will feel welcome. Ate here twice in a two week period, once at lunch and once at dinner. At dinner, we asked for recommendations on wine and pasta and appreciated both. The wine had no added sulfates, and was the most unusual that I have ever had, but enjoyed it with no headache in the morning. At lunch we had the house wine and were satisfied. The pasta was a slow-roast pork ragu over thick pasta which was velvety and warm even after many appetizers. I could wax poetic about the beans, but most people won't understand the beauty of a well cooked/seasoned bean. My foody questions weren't just tolerated but answered with patience and passion. Make sure to see the bean pot which is blackened on one side from the wood-fired oven. The grilled meats including the sausages and bufala steaks are WONDERFUL. Salads, appetizers, pastas are all given care and none will be regretted. Cost for what is provided is exceptional. Traditional décor. Special phone number for English speakers or those struggling with Italian.
WOW!!!! This is a family run restaurant you don't want to miss! If you are traveling to Naples, this restaurant is on the way and well worth the trip! We were greeted at the door with a big smile... and he spoke English...what a bonus! We soon found out we were in for a real treat...a true home cooked meal, Italian style prepared with regional products! The antipasto was outstanding a mix of different textures and tastes) as was the regional pastas Alberto, the gentleman who greeted us was also our waiter). He brought out a few different pastas to try...too difficult to say which was my favorite! There was food galore! Try to pace yourself even though it may be quite difficult! You can tell a restaurant is good when the locals are eating there...and they were! You may have to travel a bit off the Autostrada, but it is well worth the trip. L'Osteria Terra di Briganti's meal experience was probably one of the best we had on our three week trip in Southern Italy!
