This was their first day serving outside. We ordered the antipasto which was nothing special. They use a lot of mint in their food (I am not crazy about mint in food). We waited well over one hour to get someone else order. We decided we waited enough so we left. Needless to to say, we will not have the party at this restaurant.

A hidden treasure in the heart of Castelforte! Atmosphere was great with great friendly service. The food was EXCEPTIONAL, with a great wine selection! Any food lover would be blown away with the quality of the food presentation. La Muraglia is not your typical restaurant..we had an unforgettable dinner of our entire stay in Italy! Thank you La Muraglia for that experience...we can't wait to come back! Visited June 2016

This is a new restaurant in the heart of Castelforte not the easiest place to find the entrance is a 'hole in the wall ' but it opens out into an excellent enoteca and restaurant. Good friendly service a typical Italian family run affair. We had extensive and very filling local antipasto followed by a superbly cooked tagliata (which I devoured) and a exceptionally tender vitellina which we thought would be a suitable small dish for my wife but turned out to be bigger than my steak. We took half of it away with us to enjoy a second time the following evening in our rental flat. An extensive wine cellar. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal which came to a very credible €50.

Personale cordiale e ottimo cibo in un'atmosfera rilassante e familiare. Fase fissa
