The local, for its exquisite gourmet dishes and for the interior environment deserves 5 full stars. the format is very clear, ie gourmet cuisine in a refined (internal) but informal environment. My internal underline is due to the gap between the inside and the outside, between the internal heat and the external coldness. outside also looks like another local; the furniture, in fact, is beautiful but seems to sit on tables and chairs of a gelateria. The owner almost seems to have a courtesy of accepting you as a guest. the feeling that gave me, certainly not positive, and that for him the depth of what created (or tried to do it) we normal cannot understand it. dulcis in fundo, if you are more than six people know that they will divide you into different tables, the tables are not allowed despite the informality of the local and service.
We ate deliciously, in an elegant but familiar and welcoming environment. gnocchetti with exquisite truffles, personalized with a pinch of saffron. fries made to perfection. I would say excellent cuisine.
You eat as god, quick and smiling service, boss interested. I ate the language with purple potatoes, exciting, fabulous wild boar ragout cutters and a delicious lemon goose not too sweet where so many are wrong. beer or beer from Abruzzo that I really enjoyed.
Pleasant and modern place. kitchen with excellent raw materials and well used. good cellar and wide offer. very professional and polite staff. to come back.
